DonCapi currently supports payment using:

When you select one of these payment methods, personal and financial information may be transmitted directly to or processed by the applicable payment provider.

For further information, please review:
DonCapi does not control the independent privacy practices of these payment providers.
9. Product Production and Fulfilment
DonCapi uses a third-party product production and fulfilment provider to manufacture and fulfil DonCapi products.
This provider forms part of our operational supply and fulfilment chain and is not presented to customers as the DonCapi brand.
Where necessary to fulfil an order, we may disclose information including:
- customer name;
- shipping address;
- order reference;
- product ordered;
- product variant;
- quantity;

This information may include:
- recipient name;
- delivery address;
- telephone number where reasonably necessary for delivery;
- shipment information;
- tracking information; and
- delivery instructions.
Shipping providers may process information in accordance with their own legal and privacy obligations.
11. Website, Hosting and Technical Providers
DonCapi may use third-party organisations to provide:
- website hosting;
- server infrastructure;
- transactional email delivery;
- security;
- fraud prevention;

These providers may process limited personal information where reasonably necessary to provide their services.
We aim to restrict access to personal information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

If we introduce promotional email marketing in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement the appropriate consent and opt-out procedures before beginning that activity.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
DonCapi.com may use cookies and similar technologies required for the operation of the website.
These technologies may support:
- shopping cart functionality;
- checkout;
- customer account login;
- session management;
- website security;
- wishlist functionality;
- fraud prevention;
- payment functionality; and
- remembering essential preferences.
DonCapi does not currently intentionally use analytics cookies, advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies may be used without consent where legally permitted because they are required to provide a service requested by the user.
Third-party payment providers and other services selected by customers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.
If DonCapi introduces analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update our disclosures and implement appropriate consent controls where required.
14. No Advertising Tracking
DonCapi does not currently intentionally use:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Ads tracking;
- Meta Pixel;
- TikTok Pixel;
- Pinterest advertising tracking;
- Microsoft advertising tracking;
- cross-site advertising networks; or
- behavioural advertising profiles.
We do not currently build advertising profiles based on customer browsing activity.
15. Do Not Track
DonCapi does not currently collect personally identifiable information about customer activities over time across unrelated third-party websites for behavioural advertising.
Because we do not currently engage in cross-site behavioural advertising, legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not alter DonCapi’s own advertising practices.
Independent payment or technical service providers may process technical information when their services are accessed. Their practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
16. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
DonCapi does not sell customer personal information.
DonCapi does not currently disclose personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do not currently operate a customer-data marketplace or advertising-profile business.

- product production;
- fulfilment;
- shipping;
- website operation;
- security;
- fraud prevention;

- legal compliance.
17. No Third-Party Direct Marketing
DonCapi does not currently disclose customer personal information to unrelated third parties for those third parties’ own direct-marketing campaigns.
If this practice changes in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent or opt-out mechanisms will be updated before such activity begins.
18. No Financial Incentive for Personal Information
DonCapi does not currently offer payments, discounts or other material financial incentives in exchange for permission to sell personal information.
Ordinary product promotions, discount codes or sales are not intended to constitute payment for personal information.
19. Who We May Disclose Personal Information To
Where reasonably necessary, personal information may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- payment providers;

- shipping and logistics providers;

We do not permit service providers acting solely on our behalf to use DonCapi customer information for unrelated purposes.
20. Business Transfers
If all or part of DonCapi Signature™ is sold, reorganised, transferred or combined with another business, relevant customer and business records may be transferred as part of that transaction where legally permitted.
Any successor organisation would remain subject to applicable privacy and data-protection requirements relating to the information it receives.
21. International Transfers
DonCapi is operated in the United Kingdom while our customers and certain service providers may be located in the United States or elsewhere.
Personal information may therefore be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries outside the United Kingdom.
Where a transfer constitutes a restricted international transfer under UK data-protection law, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where required.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- UK adequacy regulations;
- the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is eligible and appropriately certified;
- the UK International Data Transfer Agreement;
- the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;
- another legally recognised contractual safeguard; or
- another lawful international-transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law.
Where required, we assess whether the protection available following an international transfer is appropriate under applicable UK data-protection law.
You may contact privacy@doncapi.com for further information about safeguards relevant to your personal information.
22. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security and dispute-resolution requirements.
Order, Invoice, Payment and Accounting Records
These records are normally retained for at least the period required under applicable UK tax and accounting law.
As a UK sole trader, relevant business records may generally need to be kept for at least five years after the applicable 31 January tax-return submission deadline and may need to be retained longer where an enquiry, dispute or other legal requirement applies.
Customer Account Information
Customer account information is ordinarily retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Information connected with completed orders, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, chargebacks or legal obligations may continue to be retained independently after account deletion.
Wishlist Information
Wishlist information is normally retained until:
- the customer removes the item;
- the associated account is deleted; or
- the information is no longer required to provide the requested functionality.
Customer Service and Contact Form Correspondence
Customer service correspondence may ordinarily be retained for up to 24 months following the last substantive interaction unless the matter is connected with an order, complaint, legal claim, fraud investigation, refund, chargeback or other matter requiring longer retention.
Failed or Abandoned Transactions
Failed or abandoned transaction information may normally be retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting or legal purposes.
Security and Technical Logs
Security and server logs are retained only for a period reasonably necessary for website operation, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and system administration.
Privacy Requests and Complaints
Records concerning privacy requests and data-protection complaints may be retained where reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Backups
Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily within routine backups until the applicable backup is overwritten or expires according to normal backup procedures.
When information is no longer required, we aim to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.
23. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against:
- unauthorised access;
- accidental loss;
- unauthorised disclosure;
- alteration;
- destruction;
- misuse; and
- fraud.
Depending on the system involved, safeguards may include:
- encrypted transmission;
- account authentication;
- restricted administrative access;
- access controls;
- secure payment providers;
- security updates;
- server-security controls;
- backup procedures;
- logging; and
- fraud-prevention mechanisms.
No internet-connected system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials and devices secure.
24. Personal Data Breaches
If DonCapi becomes aware of a personal-data breach, we will investigate the incident and take reasonable steps to contain, mitigate and remediate it.
Where applicable law requires notification to a regulator, affected individuals or another party, we will provide the required notification within the applicable legal timeframe.
25. Automated Decision-Making
DonCapi does not currently use customer personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on customers.
Payment providers, fraud-prevention providers and other independent services may use automated systems for:
- payment authentication;
- fraud detection;
- transaction risk assessment;
- security; and
- regulatory compliance.
Those activities are governed by the relevant provider’s own legal obligations and privacy policies.
26. Children’s Privacy
DonCapi.com is a general-audience commercial website and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information unless retention is legally required.

Our Do Not Track practices are described in this Privacy Policy.
The effective date and last updated date appear at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
Material changes will be reflected by updating this policy and its Last Updated date. Where legally required or appropriate, we may also provide additional notice.
31. California Consumer Privacy Rights
California privacy law provides additional rights to qualifying consumers where the relevant statutory requirements apply to a business.
Where applicable, these rights may include:
- the right to know what personal information is collected;
- the right to access qualifying personal information;
- the right to request deletion;
- the right to correct inaccurate information;

- does not use sensitive personal information to infer personal characteristics for advertising purposes.
If these practices change, this Privacy Policy and any legally required opt-out controls will be updated before the relevant activity begins.
32. Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control, or GPC, is a browser or device privacy-preference signal used to communicate certain privacy choices.
Because DonCapi does not currently sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising, there is currently no DonCapi advertising-sale activity from which a GPC signal would need to opt a customer out.
If our practices change so that an applicable GPC obligation arises, we will implement appropriate support where required by law.
33. Sensitive Personal Information
Certain laws may classify account-login information or some financial information as sensitive personal information.
Where DonCapi processes such information, it is used only as reasonably necessary to:

- the representative is authorised to act for the individual; and
- the individual’s identity has been appropriately verified.

Where customer account functionality permits, you may update certain information directly through your account.
You may also request correction of inaccurate personal information by emailing:
38. Non-Discrimination
Where applicable privacy law provides statutory privacy rights, DonCapi will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer solely because the customer exercised those rights.
Exercising a privacy right may nevertheless affect a service where the information concerned is genuinely necessary to provide that service.
For example, deletion of a delivery address before an outstanding order has been shipped may prevent that order from being delivered.
39. Data-Protection Complaints
You may raise a privacy or data-protection complaint with DonCapi if you believe your personal information has been handled improperly.
Please contact:
