A DonCapi™ Gift Card lets someone choose their own premium clothing, accessories, essentials or limited drops from DonCapi.com.
This page explains how DonCapi™ Gift Cards work, including purchasing, delivery, redemption, expiry, refunds, lost codes and important restrictions.
1. What Is a DonCapi™ Gift Card?
A DonCapi™ Gift Card is a prepaid digital voucher that can be used towards eligible purchases on DonCapi.com.
Gift Cards may be available in selected values and can usually be sent by email.
A Gift Card is not a bank card, credit card, cheque guarantee card or cash account.
2. How to Buy a Gift Card
If Gift Cards are available on DonCapi.com, you can buy one by selecting the Gift Card product page, choosing the value, adding it to your basket and completing checkout.
You may be asked to provide:
- recipient name;
- recipient email address;
- sender name;
- optional message;
- delivery date, if this feature is available;
- Gift Card value.
Gift Card availability may change at any time.
3. Digital Delivery
Gift Cards are usually delivered by email.
The email may include:
- Gift Card code;
- Gift Card value;
- sender message, if added;
- redemption instructions;
- expiry information, where applicable.
Please check the recipient email address carefully before purchasing. DonCapi™ is not responsible for Gift Cards sent to an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
4. Using a Gift Card
Gift Cards can usually be used at checkout on DonCapi.com.
To use a Gift Card:
- add eligible products to your basket;
- go to checkout;
- enter the Gift Card code in the gift card, voucher or coupon field;
- apply the code;
- pay any remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
If the Gift Card value is greater than the order total, the remaining balance may stay on the Gift Card for future use, depending on the website settings.
5. What Gift Cards Can Be Used For
Gift Cards may be used towards eligible DonCapi™ products, including where available:
- T-shirts;
- hoodies;
- sweatshirts;
- joggers;
- trousers;
- caps;
- socks;
- accessories;
- selected collections;
- selected seasonal drops.
Gift Cards may not apply to every product or service if exclusions are shown.
6. Exclusions
Unless stated otherwise, Gift Cards may not be used to buy:
- another Gift Card;
- excluded products;
- certain limited drops;
- certain collaborations;
- shipping fees, if excluded by system settings;
- taxes, duties or customs charges, if applicable;
- products unavailable in the customer’s delivery area.
Gift Card exclusions may change depending on the website setup and promotion rules.
7. Gift Card Expiry
Gift Card expiry details should be shown on the Gift Card product page, email or checkout information where applicable.

9. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
Treat your Gift Card code like cash.
DonCapi™ is not responsible for Gift Cards that are:
- lost;
- stolen;
- shared publicly;
- used by someone else;
- sent to the wrong email address provided by the purchaser;
- accessed from an insecure email account.
If you believe a Gift Card has been lost, stolen or misused, contact us as soon as possible.

10. Incorrect Recipient Email
If you entered the wrong recipient email address, contact us immediately.

- purchaser name;
- order number;
- incorrect recipient email;
- correct recipient email;
- date of purchase.
We will try to help, but if the Gift Card has already been delivered or used, we may not be able to cancel or replace it.
11. Refunds for Gift Card Purchases
Gift Card refund rights may depend on whether the Gift Card has been used, delivered, redeemed or purchased as a digital product.
If you want to cancel a Gift Card purchase, contact us as soon as possible.

A refund may not be available if the Gift Card has already been used or redeemed, unless required by law.
Where a refund is approved, it will usually be made to the original payment method.
12. Refunds for Orders Paid With a Gift Card
If you return an order that was paid for using a Gift Card, the refund may be returned to:
- the original Gift Card;
- a replacement Gift Card;
- store credit;
- another method required by law or supported by DonCapi.com.
If an order was paid partly by Gift Card and partly by another payment method, refunds may be split between the original payment methods.

13. Promotions and Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be excluded from promotions, discounts, sales or coupon codes unless clearly stated otherwise.
This means discount codes may not reduce the price of a Gift Card.
Gift Card purchases may also be excluded from minimum spend promotions, free gift promotions or loyalty rewards, depending on the promotion rules.

14. Fraud Prevention
Gift Card purchases and redemptions may be subject to fraud prevention checks.
We may cancel, suspend or refuse a Gift Card if we reasonably believe it is connected to:
- fraud;
- stolen payment details;
- suspicious activity;
- unauthorised resale;
- account misuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- technical exploitation;
- breach of these terms.
If a Gift Card is cancelled because of fraud or misuse, any remaining balance may be frozen or removed where lawful.
15. No Cash Alternative
Gift Cards cannot usually be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards are not usually refundable after use and cannot be transferred into a bank account, PayPal account or other cash equivalent unless required by law.
16. Resale of Gift Cards
DonCapi™ Gift Cards are intended for personal gifting and shopping on DonCapi.com.
You must not resell, trade, advertise, copy, duplicate or commercially exploit Gift Cards without written permission from DonCapi™.
Gift Cards bought from unauthorised sellers may be invalid, stolen, used or cancelled.
17. Website Availability
Gift Cards can only be used when DonCapi.com and the relevant checkout systems are available.
We are not responsible for temporary website downtime, payment provider issues, technical problems or maintenance that may delay Gift Card use.
