These Promotion Terms apply to discount codes, sales, offers, competitions, giveaways, bundles, free delivery offers, influencer codes, loyalty offers, referral offers and other promotions run by DonCapi™.
These Promotion Terms should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Delivery Policy, and any specific promotion rules shown on DonCapi.com or in our marketing.
If a specific promotion has its own rules, those rules will apply together with these Promotion Terms.

In these Promotion Terms, “DonCapi™”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DonCapi™. “You” and “your” refer to customers, entrants, subscribers, account holders and users of DonCapi.com.
2. General Promotion Rules
Promotions may be subject to conditions such as:
- start date;
- end date;
- expiry time;
- minimum spend;
- maximum discount;
- selected products only;
- selected collections only;
- selected customers only;
- selected countries only;
- selected delivery areas only;
- one use per customer;
- one use per order;
- limited stock;
- account requirement;
- newsletter subscription requirement;
- payment method restrictions;
- exclusion from sale items;
- exclusion from gift cards;
- exclusion from delivery charges;
- non-combination with other offers.
All promotion details should be checked before placing an order.
3. Discount Codes
Discount codes may provide:
- a percentage discount;
- fixed amount discount;
- free delivery;
- bundle saving;
- first-order discount;
- loyalty discount;
- influencer discount;
- seasonal promotion;
- limited collection offer.
Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout before completing payment.
We may not be able to apply a discount code after an order has been placed.
4. One Code Per Order
Unless clearly stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.
Discount codes usually cannot be combined with:
- other discount codes;
- sale prices;
- bundle offers;
- free gift offers;
- loyalty rewards;
- referral rewards;
- staff discounts;
- influencer codes;
- automatic promotions.
If more than one offer appears to apply, DonCapi™ may choose which offer is valid.
5. Minimum Spend
Some promotions may require a minimum spend.
Minimum spend may be calculated:
- before delivery charges;
- before taxes, where applicable;
- after other discounts;
- excluding gift cards;
- excluding certain products;
- excluding returned items.
If returning items causes the order to fall below the minimum spend, your refund may be adjusted where lawful and fair.
6. Excluded Products
Some products may be excluded from promotions, including:
- gift cards;
- sale items;
- limited drops;
- pre-order items;
- personalised items;
- made-to-order items;
- print-on-demand items;
- collaboration products;
- charity-linked products;
- premium or restricted collections;
- products already discounted.
Product exclusions may be shown on the product page, promotion page, checkout page, email or marketing material.
7. Sale Items
Sale items may be reduced for a limited time.
Sale prices may change at any time.
Adding a sale item to your basket does not reserve the price unless the order is completed and accepted.
If a sale item sells out, we may cancel the affected item and refund any payment taken.
Sale items remain subject to your statutory rights.
8. “Was / Now” and Savings Claims
Where DonCapi™ uses “was / now”, “save”, “up to”, percentage savings or similar claims, we aim to make those claims clear and accurate.
Savings claims should not mislead customers.
A reference price may be based on a previous selling price, recommended price, launch price or another lawful and fair reference point, depending on the promotion.
Where a promotion says “up to”, not every item will receive the maximum saving.
9. “Up To” Offers
Promotions such as “up to 50% off” mean selected items may be discounted by up to that amount.
Not every item will receive the highest discount.
The actual discount will be shown on the relevant product page, promotion page, basket or checkout.
We aim not to exaggerate the availability of products at the maximum saving.
10. Limited-Time Offers
Limited-time offers will usually have a closing date or end time.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions end at 23:59 UK time on the stated closing date.
We may end a promotion early where there is a technical issue, stock issue, misuse, fraud, supplier issue or other reasonable reason.
11. Limited Stock
Some promotions are subject to stock availability.
If stock runs out, the offer may end automatically.
We do not guarantee that promotional items will remain available for the full promotion period.
12. Free Delivery Offers
Free delivery offers may be subject to:
- minimum spend;
- UK delivery only;
- selected delivery methods only;
- selected products only;
- limited time period;
- exclusion of international delivery;
- exclusion of express delivery;
- exclusion of remote area surcharges;
- courier availability.
If you return items and the remaining order no longer qualifies for free delivery, we may deduct or adjust delivery costs where lawful and fair.
13. Bundle and Multi-Buy Offers
Bundle and multi-buy offers may include promotions such as:
- buy one get one free;
- buy two, get one discounted;
- set bundle price;
- outfit bundle;
- collection bundle;
- matching set discount.
If you return part of a bundle, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the products you kept and the promotion applied.
You may need to return all items in a bundle to receive a full bundle refund, unless your statutory rights apply.
14. Free Gifts

- limited stock;
- selected products;
- selected customers;
- one gift per order;
- one gift per customer;
- no cash alternative.
If you return the main product or your order falls below the promotion requirement, you may need to return the free gift.
If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund where lawful and fair.
15. First Order Discounts
First order discounts are usually available only once per customer.
We may refuse or cancel a first order discount if we reasonably believe a customer is creating multiple accounts, using different emails or otherwise misusing the offer.
16. Newsletter Discounts
Newsletter discounts may be offered to customers who subscribe to DonCapi™ marketing emails.
By subscribing, you agree to receive marketing emails from DonCapi™.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect service messages about orders, delivery, returns, refunds or account security.
17. Influencer and Creator Codes
DonCapi™ may provide discount codes to influencers, creators, partners or affiliates.
Influencer codes may be subject to:
- expiry dates;
- product exclusions;
- usage limits;
- commission arrangements;
- one use per customer;
- non-combination with other offers.
Influencers and creators are responsible for following applicable advertising disclosure rules when promoting DonCapi™ products.
Promotional content should be honest, clear and not misleading.
18. Affiliate and Referral Offers
If DonCapi™ runs an affiliate or referral programme, separate terms may apply.
Referral or affiliate rewards may be refused, cancelled or reversed where there is:
- self-referral;
- fake accounts;
- duplicate accounts;
- fraudulent activity;
- chargebacks;
- cancelled orders;
- returned orders;
- misuse of links or codes;
- misleading promotional activity.
19. Competitions and Giveaways
Competitions, giveaways and prize promotions may have separate rules, including:
- eligibility;
- entry method;
- opening date;
- closing date;
- prize details;
- winner selection method;
- winner notification;
- delivery of prizes;
- restrictions;
- publicity requirements;
- privacy information;
- no cash alternative.
If separate rules are provided, those rules apply in addition to these Promotion Terms.
DonCapi™ may refuse entries that are incomplete, late, automated, fraudulent, abusive, duplicated or in breach of promotion rules.
20. Eligibility
Promotions may be limited by eligibility rules, such as:
- UK residents only;
- age restrictions;
- account holders only;
- newsletter subscribers only;
- new customers only;
- returning customers only;
- selected customer groups;
- selected regions;
- selected payment methods.
Where age restrictions apply, you may need permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 18.
21. No Cash Alternative
Unless clearly stated otherwise:
- discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
- free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash;
- promotion benefits are non-transferable;
- unused discount value is not refundable;
- codes cannot be sold or transferred.
22. Errors and Technical Issues
Promotions may not apply correctly due to technical issues.
If a promotion is affected by an error, we may:
- correct the error;
- cancel the promotion;
- refuse affected orders;
- cancel affected orders;
- offer an alternative;
- refund affected customers;
- honour the promotion as a goodwill gesture, where appropriate.
We are not required to honour obvious pricing, promotion or discount errors.
23. Misuse and Fraud
We may refuse, cancel, restrict or withdraw a promotion if we reasonably believe there has been misuse or fraud.
Examples include:
- creating multiple accounts;
- using fake details;
- using stolen payment information;
- using automated tools;
- exploiting technical glitches;
- reselling codes;
- posting private codes publicly;
- using codes outside intended audience;
- chargeback abuse;
- fake referrals;
- duplicate entries;
- misleading influencer activity.
Misuse may result in order cancellation, account restriction, refusal of future orders or other appropriate action.
24. Returns and Refunds During Promotions
If you return an item bought during a promotion, your refund will usually reflect the amount you actually paid.
If a promotion affected the total order price, your refund may be adjusted fairly.
Examples:
- if you used a discount code, the refund may reflect the discounted price;
- if you return part of a bundle, the retained items may be recalculated;
- if you received a free gift, the gift may need to be returned;
- if your order no longer qualifies for free delivery, delivery costs may be adjusted where lawful.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
25. Cancelled Orders
If an order using a promotion is cancelled, the promotion may not be reissued.
If a code has expired or reached its usage limit, we may not be able to provide a replacement.
If we cancel an order because of stock or fulfilment issues, we may offer a replacement code as a goodwill gesture, but we are not required to do so unless the law says otherwise.
26. Price Changes After Purchase
Prices and promotions may change after you place an order.
If a product is reduced after your order, we do not automatically refund the difference.
If a promotion starts after you placed your order, it does not apply retrospectively unless we choose to offer it as a goodwill gesture.
27. International Promotions
