Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want, select your size, colour and quantity, then add it to your basket.

When ready, go to checkout, enter your delivery and payment details, review your order and complete payment.

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.


I did not receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

First, check your spam, junk or promotions folder.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed, sent to a fulfilment partner, produced, packed or dispatched.

This is especially important for made-to-order, printed, embroidered or personalised items.


Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order before it is processed or dispatched.

For many online orders, UK customers also have cancellation rights after delivery, unless an exception applies.

Some products, such as personalised, made-to-order, printed or embroidered items, may have different cancellation rules unless they are faulty or not as described.

Why was my order cancelled?

An order may be cancelled if:

  • the item is out of stock;
  • payment was not authorised;
  • fraud checks failed;
  • there was a pricing or product error;
  • delivery is not available to your address;
  • a fulfilment partner cannot complete the order;
  • the order appears suspicious or abusive.

If payment was taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the amount due.


Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Sizing can vary depending on product type, fit, fabric and supplier.

Does DonCapi™ fit true to size?

Many DonCapi™ pieces are intended to fit true to size, but this can vary by product.

For a clean premium fit, choose your usual size.
For a relaxed streetwear look, consider sizing up.

What does oversized fit mean?

Oversized fit means the item is intentionally designed to look larger, looser or more relaxed than a standard fit.

If you want a normal fit, you may prefer to size down depending on the product.


What does relaxed fit mean?

Relaxed fit means the item has extra room for comfort and movement, without being extremely oversized.

It is usually a good option for everyday casual styling.


Can I exchange for another size?

Exchanges may be available depending on stock and product type.

Some DonCapi™ products may be made-to-order, print-on-demand, embroidered after purchase, supplied by fulfilment partners or shipped directly by selected suppliers.

Made-to-order items may take longer to dispatch and may have different return rules unless faulty or not as described.


Will colours look exactly like the photos?

We aim to show product colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on:

  • screen brightness;
  • device display settings;
  • lighting;
  • photography;
  • production batch;
  • fabric type.

Will product measurements always be exact?

Measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, fabric type, washing, finishing and supplier differences.

How should I care for DonCapi™ clothing?

Always follow the care label on the garment.

General care tips:

  • wash similar colours together;
  • wash printed garments inside out;
  • avoid bleach;
  • avoid high heat;
  • avoid tumble drying unless the label allows it;
  • iron inside out where needed;
  • do not iron directly over prints or embroidery.

Incorrect washing or drying may affect shape, size, colour and print quality.


Delivery

Where does DonCapi™ deliver?

DonCapi™ may deliver within the United Kingdom and, where available, selected international destinations.

Available delivery options may depend on your address, product type, supplier, fulfilment partner and courier availability.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product and delivery option chosen.

Some products may be ready-stock items. Others may be made-to-order, printed, embroidered or supplied by a fulfilment partner, which can take longer.

Estimated delivery information may be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.


Will my items arrive together?

Not always.

If your order contains products from different fulfilment partners, suppliers or production methods, items may arrive separately.

You should not usually be charged extra for split delivery unless clearly stated before purchase.


How do I track my order?

If tracking is available, you may receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

My parcel says delivered but I cannot find it. What should I do?

Please check:

  • your delivery address;
  • safe places;
  • neighbours;
  • reception, concierge or mailroom;
  • household members;

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

We will try to help, but address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed, produced, packed, dispatched or sent to a fulfilment partner.

If an order is delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect address provided by you, extra costs may apply.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

For many online orders, UK customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods.

DonCapi™ may also offer a goodwill returns period for eligible items, subject to condition and product type.

How do I start a return?

Include:

  • your full name;
  • order number;
  • item or items you want to return;
  • reason for return;
  • whether you want a refund, exchange or replacement;
  • photos if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.


Can I return worn clothing?

Usually no, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

For a change of mind return, the item should normally be:

  • unused;
  • unworn except for trying on;
  • clean;
  • unwashed;
  • undamaged;
  • free from odours, stains, makeup, pet hair or marks;
  • returned with tags and packaging where possible.

Can I return personalised or made-to-order items?

Personalised, made-to-order, printed-on-demand or embroidered items may not be returnable for change of mind where the law allows.

You still have rights if the item is faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.


How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due.

Refunds are usually made to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.


What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

We will deal with faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items in accordance with your legal rights.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may be shown at checkout and may include:

  • Klarna or other buy-now-pay-later options, if enabled;

Is payment secure?

We aim to use secure payment providers and SSL/TLS website encryption.

We do not intend to store full card numbers or full card security codes on our own systems.

Payment providers may carry out fraud checks and payment authentication.


Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined because of:

  • insufficient funds;
  • incorrect card details;
  • bank security checks;
  • failed authentication;
  • fraud prevention rules;
  • expired card;
  • billing address mismatch;
  • payment provider error.

Discounts & Promotions

Can I use more than one discount code?

Usually only one discount code can be used per order unless a promotion clearly says otherwise.

Discount codes may be subject to minimum spend, expiry dates, product exclusions and other conditions.


I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be added after ordering?

Discount codes usually cannot be added after an order is placed.

You can contact us, but we do not guarantee that a discount can be applied retrospectively.


Why is my discount code not working?

A code may not work if:

  • it has expired;
  • it has already been used;
  • minimum spend is not met;
  • the product is excluded;
  • the code is typed incorrectly;
  • the promotion has ended;
  • it cannot be combined with another offer.

Do I need an account to order?

You may be able to checkout as a guest, depending on the website settings.

Creating an account can make it easier to view order history, save details and manage future purchases.


I forgot my password. What should I do?
